You can start the journey by taking line R and following the terminus to the Santa Maria Novella in Florence.

You can take a taxi or bus C1 or C2 from the down-boarding station to the Uffizi Gallery.

The fastest way to get from Santa Maria Novella to the Uffizi Gallery is by taxi, which costs €10–€12 and takes 7 minutes.

Alternatively, you can walk to the museum via Borgo Santi Apostoli, which will take about 15-20 minutes to cover a distance of 1.1 km.

  • Continue to the Piazza del Duomo.
  • Cross the square towards the southeast.

To reach Uffizi the Gallery by car, you can take Benedetto Marcello/SS67 from Parterre.

After this, take the first exit at the Piazza Della Liberta/SS67 roundabout to get to Piazzale Donatello/SS67. Then, turn right onto Via Vittorio Alfieri.

You can reach Via Dei Gondi by traveling from Borgo Pinti via Dei Pepi and Via dei Pandolfini.

It will take you around 18 minutes to reach the Uffizi Gallery from Parterre. Get Direction.

  • Start at Parterre.
  • Take Via Benedetto Marcello to Viale Belfiore/SS67.
  • Continue on SS67.
  • At the roundabout at Piazza della Libertà/SS67, take the first exit onto Piazzale Donatello/SS67.
  • Turn right onto Via Vittorio Alfieri.
  • Take Borgo Pinti, Via dei Pepi, and Via dei Pandolfini to reach Via dei Gondi.

To get to Uffizi Gallery from Ponte Vehicco, head southeast on Lungarno degli Archibusieri toward Piazza del Pesce for 100 m.

Boboli Gardens to Uffizi Gallery

Boboli Garden is located on the other side of the river. On your way, you will see a beautiful view of the Arno River.

You can start by heading northeast on Piazza de’ Pitti toward Sdrucciolo de’ Pitti and continue onto Via de’ Guicciardini to Ponte Vecchio.

Then turn right onto Lungarno degli Archibusieri, and continue onto Lungarno Anna Maria Luisa de’ Medici.

You will see the Uffizi Gallery on your left. GET DIRECTIONS

Pitti Palace to Uffizi Gallery 

To reach Pitti Palace, head northeast on Piazza de’ Pitti toward Sdrucciolo de’ Pitti.

Then, continue onto Via de’ Guicciardini and then onto Ponte Vecchio.
Turn right onto Lungarno degli Archibusieri, and continue onto Lungarno Anna Maria Luisa de’ Medici.
